Are you prepared for emergency admission into a hospital or nursing home? Be able to defend yourself legally and protect your money in such situations. Presented by elder law attorney Jaclyn Palumbo.

There are many legal pitfalls that can come with an emergency admission into a hospital or nursing home for yourself or your loved ones. Being able to defend yourself legally and protect your money is vital in these emergency situations where you are at risk for being taken advantage of while you are emotionally vulnerable.

There are many moving parts in these situations that are actually an overlap of Medicaid, probate, and estate planning laws. Knowing how to plan in advance of these emergencies, and how to handle them at the time of the emergency, is a critical skill. Attend elder law attorney Jaclyn Palumbo’s seminar to learn some basic self-help skills.
