You don’t have to be a millionaire to plan effectively. You’ve worked hard and deserve the peace of mind that comes with knowing your wishes will be followed. This program does not offer legal advice; rather, it provides helpful insight from the experts at the Summit County Probate Court.
Learn about the probate process, including trusts, and the importance of powers of attorney, transfer-on-death designations, beneficiaries, and payable-on-death accounts. The court will discuss how to make plans that best serve you and your family.
