Artist and art instructor Debra Degregorio demonstrates drawing techniques and basic color theory in an interactive workshop.

The Drawing in Color class will cover the basics of complementary color, value and how to render a simple structure. Students will draw a piece of fruit in colored pastel, learning to make it appear three-dimensional.
Debra DeGregorio is a mixed-media artist living in Akron, Ohio. She studied printmaking and drawing at Kent State University, ceramics and printmaking at the University of Akron, and received an M.F.A. in printmaking from the State University of New York at New Paltz. DeGregorio has exhibited throughout the Midwest and has contributed to multiple juried exhibitions across the U.S. She currently teaches drawing at Youngstown State University.
