Join certified yoga instructor Rachel for Vinyasa Yoga, which links movement with breath, creating a smooth, continuous flow. Space is limited to 15 adult attendees. Registration begins February 22.
Throughout this series, we will explore our range of motion and boost oxygen intake, enhancing energy and calming the nervous system. At the end of each session, we will incorporate meditation in reclined poses to support better posture and promote mental clarity.
We suggest bringing your own yoga mat as a limited number of mats will be available.
