Transport yourself to the sights, sounds and smells of the Mombasa Carnival, celebrated yearly in Kenya's second largest city. Akron's Own Award-Winning African Teen Dance Crew, the Black Beanz, will provide the entertainment, to the accompaniment of Afropop and Taarab music, indicative of the cultural fusion of the region. These accomplished young men have been World of Dance Golden Ticket Winners, Crowd Favorite Award Winners at the World of Dance, OhioDance Top 10 Teen Dance Group (2021-24), and have surpassed 60,000 views on YouTube. Their style is energetic, joyful, and infectious.
