Explore the power of living in the moment through mindful movements, meditation, and gratitude journaling. Registration is suggested.
Drawing on over 15 years of yoga and wellness experience, instructor Melissa Cugini will guide you through breath, movement, and meditation practices and provide insightful journaling prompts. Participants will receive a journal to use in the led journaling exercise.
Classes are suitable for all skill levels. This group will meet every Thursday at 2 pm from July 6 to July 27.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Mats will be available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis. Weather permitting, this class will be held outdoors in our lovely backyard green space.
