Join us for a relaxing and centering yoga and meditation series.

Discover the benefits of meditation with yoga instructor and health coach Melissa Cugini.

The program series will include yoga poses and breath exercises that promote relaxation for body and mind. Each class will conclude with a seated meditation varying in theme and length. Participants will receive a journal to use in a led journaling exercise.

Classes are suitable for all skill levels. This yoga group will meet every Thursday at 2 pm from June 8 to June 29.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Mats will be available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis. Weather permitting, this class will be held outdoors in our lovely backyard green space.

This yoga series is a part of the Mind, Body & Sole Summer Reading Program. Register online, in person, or by phone at 330.659.4343.
