Book a Technology Trainer

These 60-minute sessions are designed to assist with software support or internet training.

Sign up for Book a Technology Trainer at the Green Branch beginning May 15. Please call the Green Branch at 330.896.9074 to select a time to meet with the technology trainer on June 5 or 6, 2023 (between 1-5 pm).

These sessions are designed to assist with device and software support or internet training. They are not designed to troubleshoot computer problems or repair hardware.

We will contact you via email or phone number before the day of the event to learn more on your technology needs to better prepare us and specify the exact time of your appointment in the two hour time frame of the day. • Downloading e-books on devices (tablets and Kindles)
• Email (Google, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)
• Printing and uploading documents
• Cloud basics (iCloud and OneDrive)
• Internet basics 
• Using Google and Windows basics
• Microsoft Office basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
• Organizing computer files and folders
• Social media dasics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
