These 60-minute sessions are designed to assist with software support or Internet training. Register online, in person, or by phone at 330.659.4343 beginning April 3.

After the registration date of April 3, 2023, please call your local branch, Richfield, at 330.659.4343 to specify the time of your appointment during 1-5 pm on April 24 OR April 25, 2023.   

These sessions are designed to assist with device and software support or Internet training. They are not designed to troubleshoot computer problems or repair hardware.

We will contact you via email or phone number before the day of the event to learn more about your technology needs to better prepare us and specify the exact time of your appointment in the two-hour time frame of the day.  You may also send an email to us at esdiv@akronlibrary.org or call us at 330.643.9145 to specify your needs ahead of the day of your appointment.
