Book a Technology Trainer

These 60-minute sessions are designed to assist with software support or Internet training. Register online, in person, or by phone at 330.836.1081 beginning March 20.

After the registration date of March 20, 2023, please call your local branch, Northwest Akron, at 330.836.1081 to specify the time of your appointment during 1-5 pm on April 10 OR April 11, 2023.   

These sessions are designed to assist with device and software support or Internet training. They are not designed to troubleshoot computer problems or repair hardware.

We will contact you via email or phone number before the day of the event to learn more about your technology needs to better prepare us and specify the exact time of your appointment in the two-hour time frame of the day.  You may also send an email to us at esdiv@akronlibrary.org or call us at 330.643.9145 to specify your needs ahead of the day of your appointment.

This program requires registration. Please cancel if you cannot attend the class after registration. You can do so online via the email confirmation received at the time of registration or by calling the Electronic Services Division at 330.643.9145.
