Ease into spring with a class suitable for all levels. Each 60-minute session with instructor Melissa Cugini will include mindful movement, poses, breath work, and meditation. Registration required.
This yoga group will meet every Tuesday at 2 pm from March 7 to March 28.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Mats will be available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis. Weather permitting, this class will be held outdoors in our lovely green backyard.
