Hear Kelly Tremaine of the Better Business Bureau talk about the top scams and research from a recent study conducted by the Better Business Bureau. Kelly will spend time explaining what the scams are, how susceptible different audiences are, and showcasing examples of the scams themselves.
Kelly Tremaine is the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Better Business Bureau. The BBB presents programs and services to keep the community informed on current business trends, project quotes, business accreditations, consumer help, and business ethics. The BBB serves the Ashland, Medina, Portage, Richland, Summit, and Wayne counties.
