Interested in trying out Qi Gong? Join Master Lee to be led through a set of Qi Gong movements. Register online, in person, or by phone at 330.836.1081.
Master Lee, certified Qi Gong instructor of 4 Seasons Qi Gong will be leading participants through sets of Qi Gong movements that help to improve energy flow through the areas of the body on which the movements focus. 4 Seasons Qi Gong directly targets areas of chronic tension where it starts rather than general tension relief. You can expect to feel any tension melt away immediately and feel a "relaxed energized sensation."
Qi Gong is a one-of-a-kind form of prophylaxis (illness, injury prevention) that combines all other forms of holistic therapy into a single, simple movement. There are over 1,000 articles in the world's largest online medical journal, National Center for Biotechnology Information, about Qi Gong, and Qi Gong was used by the National Health Commission and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China as part of their treatment post-Covid in 2020.
