The Akron Summit County Public Library is very excited to be participating in this worldwide film festival from September 23 to October 2.
You be the judge! Join an international audience of thousands of film lovers to view and vote on a selection of outstanding short films from around the world. Some past finalists have even won at the Oscars. If you are a film fan, this program is for you.
The MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival is available for viewing at several Akron Summit County Public Library locations:
