Perfecting the Pie Crust

Class Presented by Beth Adams

Learn different techniques to create a wonderful pie crust. Participants have the option of practicing with pie crust dough at home or just watching the class. Register for a Zoom link.

Learn how to work with pie crust, including making it, rolling it out, and making a beautiful lattice top for a fruit pie from Beth Adams. She will also demonstrate different edging techniques. Learn how to make a meringue and get the correct consistency. Learn some of Beth's favorite gadgets, ingredients and tips for making yummy pies.  

Recipes for people who want to participate at home will be sent in the zoom invitation.

Beth Adams is a stay-at-home-mom with four kids. She has been married to her best friend for 16 years. Beth developed a love of baking in college. Although finances were tight, she still wanted yummy treats to enjoy with her roommates. Pies were the main delectable in her home growing up and to her were the most rewarding to create and share.
