Want to get fit during a pandemic? Or do you want to avoid gym fees? David Candelaria of Steelyard Strength Academy will guide you in exercises you can do at home.
This program will be presented online in Zoom. A login will be sent several days prior to the event. Please do not share the link for this program. If someone else is interested in attending, please have him or her contact the Library to register.
A webcam and microphone may be necessary for participation in this interactive event. If you have one or neither of these, your level of participation will be limited.
