Professor Laurie Santos of Yale University reveals misconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change.
This course is being offered as part of the library's collaboration with Peer2Peer University.
Learning circles are free, regularly scheduled study groups for people who want to learn together.
A syllabus and informational material will be available at the branch one week before the start of classes.

The library experience for customers of the Richfield Branch Library is eclectic and energizing. At the library, opportunities for individual and family engagement include an extensive NatureConnect interactive space, an ongoing StoryWalk collaboration along the Carter Pedigo Trail, and other hands-on, participatory exploration opportunities. Every time you visit the Richfield Branch Library, there is something to do, play, study, explore, or observe—and the chance to make a memory.
