Information, safety tips, and many resources that will help you age in place. Presented by Melysa Foster, LMT Community Relations & Marketing Director at Regina Health Center.
Aging brings changes to us all. As a person begins their aging in place experience, it is important for them to consider a plan for the changes that will happen to them and what impacts these changes will have on their lives and those who care for them. These changes happen to most everyone in one form or another. Choosing to have a plan to age in place means you will have a greater chance to control your quality of life and independence. Planning also presents you with an opportunity to lessen the burden on your family by outlining how and where your needs are met.
Melysa Foster, LMT Community Relations & Marketing Director at Regina Health Center, has worked in healthcare for nearly 15 years. She is trained by many healthcare experts in the medical equipment field, home health arena, as well as assisted living, short term and long term care sectors. Melysa's passion is to help others and she will share helpful information, safety tips, and many resources that will help you age in place...gracefully!
