In this acting class for beginners, the participants will learn the fundamentals of the actor’s craft. We learn to pretend and use our imaginations at a very young age. Through play, we learn about ourselves and others. Through voice work, physical exercises, improvisation, games, and work with spoken text, this class will remind you how to act with purpose and precision, using your natural impulses to create theatre. Bring a poem, song, or any short piece of material you want to use for class. This class is presented by Debora Totti-Cranendonk.
