Maci Nelson, MLA, ASLA, takes an inquisitive approach to design, seeking thoughtful solutions to complex issues. Her work focuses on expanding access to landscapes and helping people view spaces through a poetic lens. With a background in residential design, she aims to “amplify the ordinary” by creating artful, sensory experiences. Nelson teaches landscape architecture at Kent State University, hosts a landscape architecture podcast, and, humorously, is planning her world domination. This program will be presented in person, with a virtual option for those who wish to attend remotely.
