Enhance your Block Party experience with a visit to the library! Enjoy games, crafts, Spring Mist Farms, the Rubber City Ukuleles, Bookmobile, and the Big Love Living Room - a Sensory Inclusive Space.
The BLVD Block party, a neighborhood celebration of Akron's Bicentennial, is being organized by Better Kenmore CDC and features all day events including a 7k race, parade, storytelling, art installations, live music, food trucks, craft vendors, a petting zoo, and free family fun on Kenmore Boulevard, a National Historic District.

The Rubber City Ukes are located in Akron. They are ukulele players of all ages and skill levels, who gain experience and performance skills in a group setting. The Rubber City Ukes perform a variety of songs spanning over 100 years in a fun, sing-along format and is open to all ukulele players.
