Summit County Job and Family Services Case Managers are available at these locations from 10 am - 4 pm:
- Goodyear - First Monday of the month
- Highland Square Branch Library – First Tuesday of the month
- Firestone Park - Second Wednesday of the month
- Odom Branch Library – Third Tuesday of the month
- Maple Valley Branch Library - Fourth Monday of the month
- Main Library - Last Thursday of the month
Summit County Job and Family Services Case Managers are available at these locations from 12-4 pm:
- Springfield-Lakemore Branch Library - Second Tuesday of the month
- North Hill Branch Library - Fourth Tuesday of the month

Reference assistance, computers and computer classes, WiFi, copiers, scanning, and faxing round out the services provided within the library. The full scope of community participation, however, is seen in local senior care facilities, local schools and preschools, and neighborhood festivals where Highland Square Branch Library staff plays an active role in creating experiences for participants of all ages.
