Job and Family Services: Case Managers at the Library

The Library is partnering with Summit County Job and Family Services to provide on-site office hours at eight of our locations, where you may meet one-on-one with a case manager.

  • Turning in documents?
  • Applying for assistance?
  • Reapplying for assistance?
  • Reporting case changes?
  • Case or eligibility questions?

Summit County Job and Family Services Case Managers are available at these locations from 10 am - 4 pm:

  • Goodyear - First Monday of the month
  • Highland Square Branch Library – First Tuesday of the month
  • Firestone Park - Second Wednesday of the month
  • Odom Branch Library – Third Tuesday of the month
  • Maple Valley Branch Library - Fourth Monday of the month
  • Main Library - Last Thursday of the month
     

Summit County Job and Family Services Case Managers are available at these locations from 12-4 pm:

  • Springfield-Lakemore Branch Library - Second Tuesday of the month
  • North Hill Branch Library - Fourth Tuesday of the month
