Join us for the following workouts during this senior cardio series:
Mature Muscles Strength & Balance - A full-body workout designed for seniors that includes strength, balance, cardiovascular endurance, cognitive training, hand-eye coordination, and more. We will use chairs, fusion balls, rubberized tubing, or no equipment at all for a full-body experience. (We will do this class twice).
Mature Muscles Movement - Enjoy cardiovascular endurance without any running, jumping, or pounding. We will march, dance, non-contact kickbox, and just move! You will get in 4,000 steps in this class - even if you sit during the entire class!
Mature Muscles Line Dancing - Line dancing to upbeat pop or country music.
