This three-part yoga series is a great place to learn how to get the most out of your practice by helping you understand the alignment and purpose of each pose.
Participants will spend the first portion of class breaking out a series of postures, taking time to observe and adjust their form. The second portion of class, participants will sequence the postures together into a connected yoga flow.
If you are unable to attend all three sessions, you are still invited to attend those you are able to! Different poses will be introduced each week.
Please note while this class is suitable for all levels and accommodations will be made to welcome you onto your mat, yoga is a physical practice intended to build strength and flexibility.
