Julie will lead class from a chair, offering some standing options at times. Focusing on mindful breathing and movement, expect to calm your mind, stretch and strengthen your body, and connect to others in your community.
Julie is a Body Empowerment Coach who provides professional wellness services that are rooted in compassion, trauma-informed, and HAES (Health At Every Size) based. Her background as a registered dietitian and yoga teacher in eating disorders treatment, plus 25 years of personal recovery, inspire her to help others find deep and lasting peace with their bodies so they can live more fully.
