Local historian Sharon Myers discusses her book "Akron Neighborhoods: Old and New" and its new companion, "Blazing Trails: Akron Neighborhood Pioneers." Books will be available for purchase.

This presentation will shed light on several unknown Akron trail blazers such as Patsy Madden, Frank Mason, Ernest Pfleuger, Noah Steiner, Elno Wall, and others. A book signing will follow after the program.
Sharon Myers has written several historical books about the greater Akron and Summit County area.
