What does probate actually mean? Should I be scared of probate?

The answer is “no” if you know how to plan.

We will review the difference of probate and non-probate property, different types of estate plans, what is or isn’t needed depending on specific life circumstances, and knowing when to ask for help.

There will be sample fact patterns to help attendees understand better the differences in planning.
