Stay until 3 pm to hear the talented Steel Drum Army, who will have you clapping and smiling!
This concert will showcase the talents of students in grades 9-12 with learning disabilities, autism, and other challenges. This school specializes in helping all of our students learn and grow into wonderful young adults in a warm and caring environment. Melanie Stoll, Steel Drum Army director, teaches steel drums and multi-percussion as a way for students to express their emotions positively and with a wide variety of music they can connect to, ranging from island socas to pop songs.
Light refreshments will be served, including beverages from Srina Teahouse.
