If you are unable to attend the in-person registration supply pickup event, call XXX.XXX.XXXX to register and reserve your supplies, while they last, through March 19. You will receive a 3" x 3" canvas, paints, and a brush, plus some prompts for creative inspiration related to our theme “Your Library and What it Means to You.” Supplies limited to 40 registrants per branch.

Details for submission:

1. Participants must be 18 or older.
2. Create a piece of art using the supplies provided. You may also use supplies you have at home, but must use the 3" x 3" canvas.
3. One set of supplies per person; You may only participate at one location.
4. Do not frame your canvas.
5. Please use the theme "Your Library and What it Means to You" for your subject matter. Please keep your paintings family-friendly.

7. Return finished artwork to the branch location where you picked up your supplies by 8 pm on March 19.
8. Art will be on display at each branch from April 1-30. If you wish to keep your artwork, please pick up by Saturday, May 11, 2024.
9. Participants who submit their art for the exhibit will be entered into a prize drawing (one at each participating branch location). Drawings will occur by May 4.

About the branch

The Green Branch Library offers fun, exciting, and educational programs for customers of all ages, both in the Library and throughout the Green community. Visit us for preschool storytime and school-age and family events at the Library. Visit our NatureConnect space and also look for our youth librarians in your schools' classrooms where they will be making a visit soon. Adults can participate in book discussion groups, including our newest, the Food For Thought Cookbook Club, and attend informative programs on health and wellness, financial education, local history, and much more. While at the library, computers, WiFi, faxing and scanning are available for your use. Books, movies, and music are ready for you to borrow.

Next time you're out and about in our community—at the Celebration of Education, Freedom Fest, Trick or Treat Trail, Christmas at Town Park—look for the Green Branch Library table and the friendly Library staff. We want to say hello and share all that's happening at your public library.
